- Replaced SetParent string parameter with frame name
Tests Done

- Standing in Stormwind mousing over other players to see if they are targeting someone - Works
- While in Stormwind, targetted npc and mouseovered myself to see if it appeared - Works
Tests NOT Done

- Have not tested in a combat environment which might be affected by Blizzard coding since the last time it worked correctly.
- Have not tested outside of Current Retail version.
- Have not tested slash commands
