Roles supported: DPS, Tank & PvP'er
Resolution: Any widescreen setup should work. I run 1366 x 786
OnxyBoxUI is a minimalistic UI design to condense all necessary information into a small "center box". Everything is set up to push information you do not need to see out of the way. The alpha of all the UI elements are set to below 100%, as to not obstruct environmental viewing.
Perhaps the most important thing to note about the UI is the buff and debuff fames. After countless nights of configuring, I have set up the buff and debuff frames to show information in the most efficient and minimalistic way possible.
The "Center Frames" attached to each unit show important buffs and debuffs castable by players (e.x. Icebound Fort, Hand of Freedom, Bladestorm & Cyclone, Frost Nova, Strangulate), as well as Buffs and Debuffs cast by NPC targets (in dungons and raids [for the most part]). This is done so you can see the spells that matter to you, and the "unimportant" buffs and debufs (like Fort, Mark of the Wild, Battle Shout) that you don't need info on RIGHT THE HELL NOW, are kept out of immediete veiw.
This UI was built with a Tank / DPS'er in mind, and therefore lacks add-ons like grid, healbot and other healing "necessities". I have no plans to incorporate healing elements into this UI, or configure it in a way more conducive to a healer.

- FAQ -
Note: there is A LOT of information in the README. I suggest that you look it over.
Q: how install the UI?
A: check the README. Also check this.
Q: question/problem with Buff frames? Vehicle? Raid Frames? Quest tracking?
A. check the README. Seriously.
Q: what's up with your buff frames?
A: It's spelled out in the opening section of this page. For more information, I suggest that you actually play with the UI a little bit; it will make MUCH more sense.
Q: the "Center Frames" show a lot of spells I don't need to see, and generally "spam" in battlegrounds / WG. What gives?
A: in short, because of how satrina buff frames handles the filtering of spells. In a battleground, people will often have spells that were cast on them by another player, but not well you were there to witness it. The result is that SBF thinks that that buff was cast by NPC, and I told it to show NPC buffs. Other than filtering out every single buff cast by players (which is not only a ton of work, but it would prevent the showing of buffs of the same name cast by NPCs), there is no way around this. That said, I can speak with 100% confidence that this does not occur in arena, due to the small space.
UPDATE: Fixed at the cost of 6 hours and 27 minutes worth of work!
Q: SBF is/isn't showing a buff/debuff that I want/don't want it to show. help?
A: I can't answer this in the FAQ. The answer is far too long, simply because of how I set up the buff frames. If you do have a question about something like this, get in contact with me via the ways I provided.
Q: How often do you update this UI?
A: As often as I need to. If something breaks with a patch, I'll fix it and upload. Other than that, I keep trying to make it better, and will upload when I think it is working well.
