Re: Is an eyedropper tool possible?

Absolutely, positively, the ONLY thing lacking in this tool (or any of the color pickers) is an eyedropper tool for sampling the colors already in your UIm live and in-game. The only other way I know to match colors (other than pick an arbitrary hex value and institute it across the board) is to screenshot my UI, and use GIMP or PS or another tool to get the hex values, then use ColorTools to match it exactly. It works, but is that eyedropper even possible in the current addon development environment?
Besides, why not just open the addon and see if it has those colors in such a spot that it can be copied using ColorTools? Most addons, if they let you configure the colors, have these values exposed for copy/paste.

Not possible due to UI scaling. (Colors gets saturated)

Nice tool!

For those of us who like our colors "just so," this is a wonderful and unique tool. Thank you for taking the time to create and maintain it!

I definitely won't be adding Value from HSV since the gradient slider next to the color wheel already changes that. I've considered Hue but I'm on the fence. It's pretty easy to change this value from the color picker itself. I added saturation because it's a harder to fine tune than either Hue or Value.

I do still use a few Ace2 addons, so the libraries in EnhancedColorPicker aren't taking up any extra memory, even though it's reported as using 290KB. This is a massive chunk of memory when compared with the tiny 12KB used by ColorTools.
If I wasn't using any other Ace2 addons I'd drop EnhancedColorPicker in a second. As it is, I think ColorTools needs a few changes in the layout department, as the text size is quite small and the boxes need lining up more accurately. The hex box appears to overlap the opacity slider at the moment.
I never understood why such a well-used element of the UI (for addon obsessives, anyway) never received any attention. Nice to see someone finally taking an interest in it!

Nice idea to include hex codes though.
