Just a small box where you can choose an (eastern) emoticon. （・∀・）
Press the button while you write something.
Some emoticons won't work. I dunno why, but if I c&p them in Notepad++ I only get such ??? (・へ・)

The box is dragable! (Alt+Mouse). It only works for the first chat frame window.
