oUF Namplates

This is a very simple nameplate system done in oUF. This mod is aimed more for developers to use to see how to create the nameplates in oUF but it can be without any further modifications. There is nothing complex about how this mod operates and there is no configuration without going into the code. I grant everyone the right to freely use this.
