    Allows usage of the command '/arw <message>'

    ARW is an alternative to WoW's default Raid Warnings.
    As WeakAuras has blocked the creation of in-game slash commands, a seperate addon is needed for '/arw'.
    Although you can still send warning via WA for things such as boss mechanics.

    You can change Color, Sound, Icons (if any).
    It is easily customized to each player on the sending or receiving end.
