    BankItems Burning Crusade Classic

    Updated to run on Burning Crusade Classic 2.5.4. Tested on PTR only.
    Added some mail box functions.
    Added a 'reload' button that refreshes BankItems to handle certain situations.
    There are probably bits that don't work properly.

    It should work on Classic 1.14 despite complaining about version number.
