Adventurer! So, you think defeating world-ending bosses and saving Azeroth is a piece of cake? Well, think again! Introducing the "Heart Attack" mod – because what's a good quest without a touch of cardiovascular risk?

In this game within a game mod, your virtual self has a date with destiny every 10 minutes, as you roll the dice for a chance at a virtual heart attack. Don't worry, your main World of Warcraft gameplay won't be impacted in any way – I'm just adding a dash of suspense to your heroic endeavors.

Your every move could be your last, and I mean every move. Walking, turning, leveling up, chatting, or even just existing – each action takes you one step closer to a virtual cardiac arrest. Mounting up might provide a brief escape from the grim reaper's grasp, but beware, the counter keeps ticking.

Inspired by a Skyrim mod of similar nature, this one-of-a-kind experience will have you questioning your life choices with every click. Bank transactions, NPC interactions, and even the simple act of moving items in your bag contribute to the impending doom. And let's not forget that being brought back to life by a Valkyrie is not an easy feat and is not easy on your body.

Now, it's all in good humor. Heart disease is a serious matter. But just like in real life, where age brings more risks, this mod playfully mimics the increasing danger of, well, digital heart attacks. So, take a deep breath, enjoy the chaos, and maybe, just maybe, give your in-game avatar a salad once in a while.
