Added a "thin" variant of the skin

Make it work with the new wowace, made some slight changes.

ButtonFacade change coming

Hi there,

i really like this skin very much, great work!
I have noticed the following in the release notes of ButtonFacade (r344):

For skins to use the new attributes, a new skin data table key is required. This new key is called LBF_Version. The value of this key MUST be set to 40000 (number) in order to use the new attributes. Older skins need no modifications and will function as they have until after Cataclysm is released, at which point they will *have* to be updated.

I really hope that your excellent skin will continue working when Cataclysm goes live

I just tested it on my end, with Dominos, ButtonFacade, simpleSquare and OmniCC, and it showed up.

Are you sure you have everything enabled properly? I just checked on 3 different characters and had it show up >.<

(My OmniCC settings are Use Cooldownmodel, Show Pulse and Use M:SS enabled. The rest is left as default.)
