right click the minimap to bring up the options (or manually go in there by going to interface then sexymap in the list) then enable global profiling at the bottom. i tried some new things to get it working this build without having to manually do it, but seems not :<

Almost everything looks the same on my screen except two things. I don't have timers with Nether Tempest, actual mana, Rune of Power etc. below the character (picture shows it, http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/203/ui1uw.png/). How to enable it?
all that in the center is weakauras which isnt included, the rune of power timer is...

Anyhow, my tooltips on items doesn't display the upgraded itemlevel, but instead the itemlevel the item had before upgrade. How do I fix this?
i, too, am looking for a way. however blizzard have not provided API for ilevel upgrades (or well an easy way to display it) so for now there is no way :(

I was trying to set glyphs, and got a notification that an addon was preventing me for doing so. Ended up disabling diminfo and am now trying to reenable it. Any assistance would be wonderful :)

sorry im not too sure what you mean exactly
if you mean the debuffs that are affecting you, they appear in the top left under your buffs
if you mean debuffs on your target, they appear above the target unit frame

you are more than welcome to download additional addons without causing conflicts or destruction :P the build that is loaded onto the site is the basic skeleton of the layout. i cant build something personal for every class, so i trust that the user is able to fill the UI with things they need :)
