Indicator plugins will need to be updated by their authors. Unless you want to learn Lua and fix them yourself, or convince a friend to do it for you, the only thing you can do is wait for the authors to update.
I didn't intend to break indicator plugins with this update, but apparently most/all of them were doing things I didn't...

Healing Rain, yes, you'd just need to find the spell ID of the actual healing (it might not be the same as the spell you cast). Healing Stream Totem, though, won't work as-is because it doesn't show up as healing done by the player directly.
Fix for removing spells will be in an update shortly.

Update for 6.0 coming shortly. I'm in the middle of some unrelated changes and need to get those finished up, plus fix the eclipse bar. If you're using this on a druid, you'll have to live without an eclipse bar for a day or two... just get Bugger to eat the errors, and don't look too closely. :p

Oh, well, that's a different problem... the problem I fixed was that the option didn't apply immediately. I'll have to look into the other one... but definitely not doing it right now. Now it's time for SLEEP.
