Could you tweak harm-npcs health bars to work just like ElvUI? Like, they grow when targeted, and monsters that are in combat with u will still show up at the top of the screen even if they are not in vision BenikUI doesn't touch the nameplates. They should appear by their default ElvUI state on first run.

How do i change the Cast Bar's position? I'm changing it's Y position in the Elv UI's Unit Frames but it is not changing.. As long as the castbar is attached on the Info Panels, you cannot reposition them. Uncheck "Inside Information Panel" from ElvUI options -> Unitframes -> Player (or Target) -> Castbar.
