You will need to rename the root folder RuneMover . . . or . . . name the .toc file what you currently have the folder named. I had to do this in order for WoW to load the toc.

Actually the kind of lua errors I am looking for show up if you have "Display Lua Errors" enabled in your interface (either that or run bugsack). If nothing comes up even with Display Lua Errors enabled or in bugsack then you have not installed it correctly. If you need help getting it installed let me know.
