There's a strange conditional error when the nameplates haven't gotten the level information, it just slaps a dangerskull on instead(in Tidy Plates).
It could just be an order of operation error. Showing or hiding before or after plate info has been gathered for example.

TidyPlates doesn't have the ability for custom coloring of the cast bar, however it was something I had wanted to do.
