It works fine for me in arenas, so no reason it wouldn't work for you unless you disabled all the spells or you're not enabling it...

Hey again, sorry for the barrage of posts. But the previous version tracked gouge / Kidney shot / cheapshot, etc. This version, while more fluid - doesn't seem to be tracking those abilities, something I relied upon before... Is there any way we can add our own spells / abilities to the tracking list?
