It was working 100% for me. I tested it on all three specs.
Do you have the tukz warlock spec bars still enabled? If so turn that off. I changed absolutely nothing between testing it and zipping it for upload.

haha I have those same "bottle" textures with the liquid turned into a status bar. It looks pretty darn sweet once you tweak it around to get it working. You've got some textures here I haven't seen. Pretty neat :)

You might consider unlinking explosive shot and arcane shot for hunters. They no longer share a cd and arcane is hunter focus dump now.
So far its working on the toons I've tried. But I've been laggy so couldn't do alot of testing.
Of course then I log in and I get an error >.<

Sorry for the late response. Good news is that I am working on getting Stuf to work with 4.0/Cataclysm.
Hooray! Now I can stop trying to turn my alts stuf layout into an oUF one!. Sometimes you just need different looks :)
