But in all seriousness, It sounds like a conflict of sorts. Check the config and see if you can play with the pet bar a bit.
Rolled a hunter and when zoning into a random heroic dungeon/ZA/ZG etc... my pet bar is disappearing and doesn't appear unless reload the...

I think I got that right. If so, I'll check it out. It should be pretty doable, just have to set the anchor for the bar someplace else.

That seems strange. The only thing I can think of is that they would need to be reformatted slightly to fit into this UI.
I would bet that the problem is coming from being input incorrectly into options.lua and it is nullifying that file from running as well.
Are you getting an .lua error?
