Yes there will be an update for 3.3 for this.
Soon as I stop playing with the new Dumgeon finder system :)
In the time I was typing this it popped up with a group and i was halfway through an instance :)
EDIT : Scratch that I'm on Vacation for a week. /packs bag for beach.

I can find 102 (!) sounds when I search under "barak". Could be one of those. I would suggest using the SoundX addon to browse them quickly :)

Your path for copying the 3.3 data is slightly incorrect.
Your assuming that everyone is going to be on the Archimonde server on Live and the PTR. Your also assuming that they install it into the folder "World of Warcraft PTR" when the default folder name for the PTR is "World of Warcraft Public Test".
Relatively minor details...

Tested this on the first build on the 3.3 PTR. Was able use one of my templates from live to apply an Arcane spec to my premade mage. No errors so far :)

Now all updated again for 3.2. Have also randomly tested some ones that didn't look like they would play but play they did.
A side note : to stop a long song or sound playing you need to go to
ESC -> Sound & Voice -> Sound -> Turn off "Use Hardware"

Might want to reupdate your sound lib file there. if you were working with an older version of my sound commands file there was a version there where I forgot to remove duplicates.
Have re-extracted , rejigged and throughly tested the commands on that list. Duplicates been removed too.

I'm going to do complete re extractions of all the MPQ files in the Data folder from now on. Also when I post-process my results I filter for all files with either a ".wav" or ".mp3" extension and have spot checked for sound file extensions I've missed.
