Have you looked into the Tukui installer and how it functions? When it installs something, it carries over to all characters, even though the installer starts for every character atleast once.
Also, every function that can be changed, is in the GUI instead of JUST the config. Most people that play WoW now days that aren't veterans...

You just use the MayronSetup addon and it should work. You should not need to copy other character folders.

Type "/ltp" which opens up Leatrix Plus. Then on Interaction you will see Automatically repair. Turns that off.

That should be controlled with Leatrix Plus. Type "/ltp" in-game and go to the Automations page. There you should find the option your looking for.
