The issue you are experiencing is slightly known, but not to the extreme which you are seeing. Clicking a quest in your quest log should update LightHeaded and if its not then it is likely an error with another addon. Please test with just Lightheaded and the data addons loaded and see if you are able to reproduce this.

LightHeaded simply reflects the quest database on Wowhead. It's likely many of those were old quests that can no longer be obtained.
More importantly, if you find a quest that has no information, please let me know.

Yes, I'll look to add the feature sometime this weekend. It's not currently possible. I assume you'd also like options to disable the tooltip in combat?
The option will NOT be enabled by default so once I've added it you will need to adjust your options.

To clarify, TomTomLite and TomTom are both capable of showing you a waypoint to the closest objective that is listed in your objectives tracker, but this has nothing to do with LightHeaded.
