Is there anything I can do to make it so they are not anchored to the top and instead are anchored to nothing so this problem will not happen?There is an option called "Move Blizzard Frames" in the "Position" section, uncheck it

Using Broker_MicroMenu, the tooltip for the menu is displayed when I hover over the icon for it, and then immediately disappears when I try to click on something in the menu!
Any suggestions?Version 0.4.14 should force it to behave.

It does work with iGear though, which i assume uses similar coding since it's made by the same author.

Sad to say 0.4.8 didn't fix it and actually broke a few of the displays (tooltips drawing offscreen on the corners or going away before you're able to click the option), with that in mind i'm reverting to 0.4.7 and recommending you pull 0.4.8 off to avoid possible issues for other users.

I've noticed that some broker plugin tooltips don't seem to anchor as I'd expect (right below the dockingstation bar with the tooltip horizontally centered on the broker icon).
Some example of the ones that exhibit this are Broker_RecountFu, Broker_DurabilityInfo, ElkExperience, Bugsack.
