Both top and bottom bars have an option (in their right-click menu) called "Disable Screen Adjust" for exactly this sort of case. When turned on, most if not all Blizzard frame adjustments will be ignored. 2) Add the abiliity to use Button Facade via an 'extras' mod.

Works with patch 3.0.2 very well. There are a couple of minor inconsistencies with the text on the configuration frame, the movement button postion of the mainmenubar and the bag bar, but these'll be worked out in the next day or so in 30000.0.2.
The operation of the mod works the same as in 2.4.

Quick update: I now have created a version of BarKeep for WoW 3.0. I added the two new buttons to the MainMenu Bar and so BarKeep should be ready to go for the 3.0.2 patch.
It'll be made available once I can confirm that its working correctly after the patch is out.
On the XP bar: Currently BarKeep hides the XP bar by design...
