GemHelper already does this. That is, it sorts by rarity.
If you mean filtering by rarity, I don't think I intend to add it as the results are already sorted by rarity....

Because Ctrl-M and Ctrl-S doesn't mute the game. It just turns off Music and Sound Effects around your character respectively, which has nothing to do with sounds generated from the UI/Addons.

My schedule is still very busy, and doesn't allow me to update this addon as quickly as I would like to. Note that I am a Jewelcrafter myself and I understand everyone's feelings on this.
Looking up the 150 or so new gems in Wrath and keying in their data isn't trivial, on top of modifying existing ones due to stat merging.
