This addon will no longer be worked on... because it's terrible. I have 2 new UI's which can be found at my author page.

Is this UI compatible with a resolution of 1366x768? Yes. Although you may need to move some things as they maybe be overlapping or hanging off the edge of the screen, but there is enough leeway for the UI to easily be resized to another 16:9 resolution.
