I plan to change it, but I still didn't found one that looks good lol any suggestion? Also you can change it on the interface folder -> texture ->font -> "npc.tff" just change the font and keep the name. Would love the option to change the fonts for NPC names... the current one is really ugly (sorry) but I love everything else ab...
