I like the addon quite a bit, thank you for sharing it with us.
A few suggestions that would be nice to haves:
Include Tracking Option for Ebon Plague, right next to Blood Plague, just extend the frame a little wider
Allow for re-sizing of entire frame - perhaps also the individual frame components, the GCD bar for instance...
