gread addon as usual when its tekmade,however it seems Nudist removes items based on slot more than durability.
i had this equipped http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33862
and clicking the little gnome uneqipped this no durability item.

I am completely unable to reproduce this flaw with mouseover inspecting, do you still see this happening if you disable all your mods except TipTac and TipTacTalents?

great addon indeed, had to tinker a bit myself with fonts and such to get it to my liking but the basecode was awesome dude, great job indeed.
as you yourself mentioned there are some problems with the counter resetting itself right after casting.

I've been trying to change the background color for the powerbar
and i thought these lines would change that
