-xxx I would like to change the "blocked" just to "b" since as a tank i start getting alot of those and it starts to get annoying. Is there an option to change this?

I have a wired behavior to report. It contains Perl + Quartz, everytime i log on now the Blizzard Casting Bar is there too, so i go to Quartz and Player Tab, there its turned on(=so i dont see it) thou, now i turn it off and on (so it is set to NOT show the Blizzard Casting Bar) again and then it really disapears.
