Sorry to be asking so many questions.. Is there a way to give X amount of dkp to the raid on the fly? Ie you want to give everyone a 10dkp bonus for dieing 20time on a boss? Is the DKP value for a boss kill figured out the first time you down him? Or do you do a Start/Stop/output for every boss and give the dkp via EQdkp?

I do not see any means by which to upload the logs to EQDKP. Ussually with a mod like this a .php file is included for this purpose. What log parser works with this addon? Do you have a link?
