 Cant sync in Both Directions

First up, by far my favourite addon, hell id even pay a subscription, buy i can only sync in one direction, i have 2 accts under the same main/parent, all on the same pc, sharing the same addon, but it only seems to let me do the request from one acct, and not the other, so only one side is updated, any help appreciated.
