No health percent when I'm not in combat. http://i.imgur.com/kaTjHKz.jpg Health percent shows up when I hit the enemy. http://i.imgur.com/mmoBjnp.jpg I didn't use any other nameplate UI.

The health percent cannot display when we aren't in combat. :( By the way, I'm in Taiwan server.
