 freezes after combat

yes after the new patch whenever i am getting out of combat there is a screen freeze's for like 1-2 secs. Before i didn't know it was this addon even reinstalled wow and other addons and now again it happened , when tried disabling it the freezing was not there Please fix this freeze's :D
