I've installed the newest version and got the same problem - there're no buffs/debuffs on target & focus frames except mine :( Having the same issue, and everything is enabled. buffs/debuffs show up on my characters, but not my targets. edit: see it was noted in another post . but had a question too, is it possible to change...
