What does it mean when there's a bag inside a "prohibited" sign? I see it on an item I can purchase from a vendor where I have sufficient currency and am able to equip. That icon shows if an item is for a different loot spec than you have configured. It's primarily added for the Encounter Journal as you may have to select a spec...
