Merging MH and OH hits

Hi, i've searched high and low for any mention of how to do this (or if its even possible).
Is there any way that the MH and OH hits from FS/Oblit/BS and all the other abilities affected by Threat of Thassarian could be made to show as one hit, possibly with a (2 hits, 1 crit) or whatever bit after them?

show perfect raid outside of raids

is there any way to make perfect raidframes show up outside of raids, eg in a 5man instance. sorry if this has been answered before or if there is a tickbox somewhere i have missed buit i have been looking for hours and i really love this add-on. :)
