Thanks for reviving this project! I switched over from ChocolateBar since it hasn't been working at all in DF.
I've been using Broker_Everything for a while now, and while the addon loads in, it doesn't show up in any tooltips. When I mouse over, I simply get "LDB Type data source" instead of the actual tooltip.

You should just be able to use:
/clique profile ProfileName
It does need to match exactly and there's no fuzzy-matching but that should be fine for this.

I actually cannot reproduce this with the default UI. I don't get Lightheaded when logging in, or accepting quests.
Either way try turning off /lh autodetails, it might do what you're looking for? Let me know!

So I'm almost certain this is an issue with Blizzard's cast target resolution. I suspect quite highly that if you have a macro with a very simple /cast Healing Wave then it will cast on you instead of the mouseover target.
