I cant seem to figure out which addon is in charge of the cooldowns under neath the player hp bar. I wanted to move it higher up and see if I could make it add on more cd's downward and not upward.

Started a DK and have giant yellow bars on my screen when question marks next to all of them and cant seem to get rid of them. 3 of the bars have the words Runic, Blood Plague, and Frost Fever on them, the rest are blank
edite: turns out its something in my addons listed as "magic runes" but I dont even see that as an addon anywhe...

Having another issue where I am playing my bm hunter and my buff cooldowns are being placed above my characters nameplate and covering up my pet's hp bar. I cant figure out which addon is responsible for the buffs being above and cant figure out how to move pet's name plate to a diff area.

action bars

can anyone tell me what addon is in charge of the action bars? I want to be able to see my keybinds on the buttons
and add another row.

I cannot for the life of me move the small blue health bar on my screen and Im not sure how. its does not show up as a part of elvui and im lost as to what to do. any help would be appreciated. I am not sure why my profile is not loading up jus...
