 0 fps when opened?

When I bring up my quest log and click on the quest for more information and the WowHead comments, my FPS goes from 125+ to 0 instantly and WoW basically comes to a halt. Maybe a frame every 5 or 6 seconds.
If I close the quest log, it goes back up to 125fps over about 2 or 3 secs.
Any ideas?
