constant refeshing of buffs

buff refreshing spam while a buff is active:
Raiding sunwell last night i noticed while playing my enhance shaman that
my might buffs strength totems shadow protection battle shout and many other buffs keep showing the gain and fade during combat while they are active and are not being refreshed
....
