 I love the mouseover Dot timer, but...

I love the mouseover Dot timer, but I can't seem to display Hots in the same way. Is there a way to display my Hots on a mouseover timer?
Basically I want to be able to mouseover player frames and see Renew, Power Word: Shield, and Weakened Soul just like the mouseover dots.
