It seems to be resetting to the default every time I restart WoW.
For example, let's say I'm on my tauren druid. I input "{Name} Runetotem," and set the slider to "out of character." Then, I have to sign out of WoW for some reason. When I sign back in, her clan name will have been deleted, and the slider will be on "in character."
