I love this so much more then skillet. Skillet's lay out is too harsh for me and I love to be able to make my own categories. (ei I'm a tailor so I have them divided by cloth type). Some things that would make it even better is:

I think this is Brilliant really. Some enhancements you might want to consider, a way of uploading a data base and a way of just inputting the data yourself. Maybe if there is a way to add personal notes or if they are a quest giver to have that added to the entry w/ the quests that give you or that end with them when you turn them...
