Error with 3.0.8

Just started up wow with the recent patch, and while I can still modify and access settings, the central ring is not loading on my hotkeys. I've ensured the keys aren't bound to anything else, tried fresh installs of the addon withotu success. Thanks for the addon, one of my favorites.
