I'm getting a problem with the Guardian Spirit cooldown completion with the new glyph that was released with 3.1. As expected, if you use GS and then wait, 3 minutes later you get the notification that the cooldown is up, but with the glyph, if the spirit wasn't used up, the cooldown is reset to 1 minute.
