Help with kgpanels

So, I love your UI, however it just doesn't work for what I need to do, but I really like the kgpanels element. However, I just don't know how to do it. And looking around at guides says I need .tga files and I can't find yours in the download. So help? Anyone who knows how to do this stuff. I'd like to be able to have the panels set...
