 bugs after 4.0.1

Hi
I have problem with new SBF in 4.0.1
- Scale of my buffs are smaler than before patch
- i can't right click on buff to remove it
- when i overmouse on buffs i don't see any tip
i think tip and suff frame arent in the same place :P
sry for my english, i dont read other post, i want report it.
