That what was wrong! I placed the files in the Interface/addons/ instead of only the interface/. Thank you!

I am having trouble installing this. I have extracted the files within the downloaded file into my Interface folder as said in the install directions, however, I am still seeing the default borders. I am using an edited version of TukUI if that affects it in any way. Heres a screenshot: http://img18.imageshack.us/img18/2488/w...
