That should be fixable by re-running the FauxMazzle process on any 1 character on that account.
To fix it manuall you can open the DART setup window by typing:
/dart
In the top right where it says "Select Texture", drop down the list, scroll too and select:
Durability
There will be 3 tabs just above the middle of the wind...

The config. window should only show up the first time you log into a charactacer that hasn't been set up by pressing the FauxMazzle button. Once you've done that you should never see that window again for that character unless you press the FM but...

I turned it on, restarted with Aloft and got 139 errors, turned it back off and reloaded and got 1 still from Aloft. If you need them let me know how to get them for you.

I looked into what you suggested and everything look alright. I found the addon aloft is causing my issue. When I turn it on the ui goes funky, turn it off and everything goes back to normal. Looks like a problem in Aloft.
I've used Aloft for as long as I can remember and have not had any problems with it although that may change...

If you type /quartz to open the quartz menu and press the + button to expand it then select Enemy Cast Bars.
Here you can check Enable and set the Anchor Frame to target. You might need to uncheck Only In Instances as well.
