Okay I finally figured it out with your help. It WAS bartender and what was going on was the bars for my Micro menu and the two other bars where hidden with the fade button checked. so when I hit the button they wouldn't show up for me. Well I don't want to disable them, they're supposed to be poisons and professions from the screenshot in the gallery. my issue is that they don't work, they just make a noise and nothing happens The RED highlight is kgpanels.
