These issues are all addressed in the upcoming release. Woot! Thank you so much for your hard work! I normally hate complete UI's, but since I first downloaded this around 3-4 weeks ago I have not looked back. Awesome job and please keep it up!

My raid frames are either disappearing completely or being limited to 2 groups while inside instances. Running the Install, or Disable then Enable on Unit Frames fixes the problem, but it's becoming annoying doing that every time I want to raid.
